Concessions Manager
The Concessions Manager is responsible for insuring refreshments are available
to our patrons before show time, during intermission, and after the show is
finished.
One Week Before Opening
Contact Head Custodian for access to Concessions Booth. Store water in
refrigerator.
Performances
Supervise Concessions volunteers throughout the process.
Set up food for sale.
Coordinate with AHSTS Treasurer/director to make sure box has enough change before every performance.
Maintain an orderly flow of patrons as they buy concessions.
Insure safe storage of cashbox with House Manager during and after run.
Secure Concessions Booth during the show.
